1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of down payment or full payment as specified. Walk-in guests are accommodated based on availability. A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.

2. Payment Policy

• A 50% down payment is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is required upon check-in
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, GCash, or cash upon arrival
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of down payment
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund of down payment
• Cancellations made 48 hours or less before check-in: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability
• Extended hours: ₱300 per hour

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must present valid government-issued ID upon check-in
• Maximum occupancy per room must be strictly followed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No smoking inside rooms and air-conditioned areas
• No glass containers near the pool area
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property

6. Liability

The Aqua Farm - Tarlac is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, accidents or injuries sustained within the premises, or disruptions due to weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these terms, endangers others, or causes property damage, without refund.
