By accessing and using EliteDropship ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password
• One account per person is allowed
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Membership Levels

EliteDropship offers different membership tiers. Each tier has specific benefits, commission rates, and requirements as outlined in our Compensation Plan.

5. Wallet & Payments

• All transactions are processed through your wallet
• Minimum deposit: $50
• Minimum withdrawal: $50
• 2% withdrawal fee applies
• Deposits and withdrawals are subject to admin approval

6. Commissions & Earnings

Commissions are earned through our binary compensation structure. Earnings depend on your membership level, network activity, and sales volume. We do not guarantee specific income levels.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Harassment of other members
• Attempting to hack or compromise the Platform
• Creating multiple accounts

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

EliteDropship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
